More ……..! For cancellation of reservations?
This is my question in more detail … Any help really appriciated .. I'm going to France in mid June and need a hotel reservation letter for my visa. But I'm staying with one of my friends in France. But the thing is you can not cancel hotel reservations after to obtain the visas. (According to the French Embassy). So my plan is to reserve one of the cheap hotels (I know I will lose that money) and be with my friend. But the letter says Resrvation hotel cancellation policy as below "Cancellation If canceled or modified up to 1 day before arrival: no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of no show the first night will be charged. "This means that if I went to the hotel, and informed I will not come (at check-in-Date), they charge for the first night only?
You do not need a hotel reservation letter, has only the name and address of the person with his stay, he said that perhaps the name of the hotel, just put the URL to your friends
