hotel argentina mendoza

Argentina is a large country located in South America, from Chile to the left, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay on the right side and Bolivia above it. This country really has to offer many different and interesting things for any tourist. You can do whatever he wants including things like skiing, hiking and horseback riding. Whatever you choose always going to be a safe adventure.

Before you start planning your trip first has to decide what you want to see and do, and how many things to see and do in their time holiday. Decide if you want to go to the mountains or the sea (or country) and start thinking about some specific things such as accommodation and flights.

What is the weather?

The Weather in Argentina ranges from subtropical to cold winter, but depends on what part of the country they are. It is difficult to talk in general Climate in Argentina because it is different in different parts of the state. But I will try to inform you about the time you can expect at different times of the year.

The important thing to remember is that Argentina is placed in the southern hemisphere, which means that the seasons are reversed (when winter is in the U.S., Argentina is summer). Time can not be very difficult and rapidly changing, especially in the parts that are near the Andes. The weather there is very unpredictable so you must be careful Because rainfall and floods are often extreme heat and even snow are not uncommon either.

Mostly country Argentina is really nice with a pleasant climate, but there are parts you can avoid. The south is very cold and the winters can be brutal so beware. No need to go further south (unless you want, for some reason), because they are closed most of the hotels and attractions.

Of course, the seasons with most attractions are summer and winter. Especially nice is the Patagonia. It is very mild throughout the year with many attractions, but can be very unpredictable and can change drastically without notice.

Few things you should try to remember is that the seasons are reversed which means that summer lasts from December to March and winter lasts from June to July. If you are looking for nicer weather you absolutely must come in March, April, September, October and November.

The crowds in Argentina

Unfortunately, people are hard to avoid, unless you want to go in the offseason. Yes, the high season and vacation time people is inevitable. So if you do not like crowds do not go during the summer, winter, or holidays. Or if you should try to be somewhere outside the city.

Fun time in Argentina

The choice is yours, because there are things that can not be done in Argentina. Actually, there is something for everyone. To help you get started, here some things you can do by season:

Autumn (April-May)
Patagonia – tourism, especially in the northern
Northwest – hiking, Horse
Northeast – visiting Iguassu Falls

Winter (June-August)
North Patagonia / Mendoza – skiing
Northeast – Iguassu Falls
Northeast – visit the subtropical forest (Yungas)

Spring (September to November)
Buenos Aires – the most beautiful season, especially in November with the Jacarandas in bloom
Patagonia – The whales come to Peninsula Valdes
Cuyo – the time to visit the vineyards and taste the wine

Summer (January-February)

Parana River – fishing
Beaches – do nothing
Andes – trekking, mountaineering, horseback
Cordoba – enjoying the Hill Country

The cheapest time to visit

We can divide the flow of tourists into two parts – the high season (most visited) and the low season (less visited). Of course, many people here in high season (December to February and July-August) due to suitable climate, but, for the same reason the prices are the greatest during this time. So if you want to avoid the high prices they must also avoid the high season. That's bringing us to the low season (September, April and June) where the prices of us is the lower and fewer people. But the climate in the offseason is not as good, but not bad either. Unfortunately, all about money. It's your choice and you know better what can and can not afford.

That's it!

Okay, you have all the basic information, now you can start with the actual planning, how to book your flight and finding suitable accommodation.

Bon voyage!
